Bongripper was so amazing I almost had to go to the bathroom. Be on the lookout for a Bongripper/Angel Eyes collaboration in 2k8. Deep Space Pilots continue to astound me. It’s always great playing with those guys, and they’ve gotten really fucking heavy over the last year. I know I’ve said this before, but their drummer is a total fucking beast. All three of those guys can play. Apologies to Trifog for bailing early on their record release show. They went on over an hour later than scheduled (thanks in part to Naked Raygun playing not one, not two, but three encores next door), and I didn’t get home until after 3:00, even leaving early. And I’m brutally sick, so I got about an hour of sleep. I know, boo fucking hoo, right? Anyways, sorry guys.

On a related note, Reggie’s Music Joint is crazy fucking awesome. Everyone there was super nice and it’s easily the straight up nicest place I’ve ever played in the hundreds of shows I’ve played over the last 14 years.

Unrelated, Chuck Norris is a crazy, right-wing d-bag who not only can’t take a joke, but also can’t recognize the fact that nobody gives a shit about him anymore. Congratulations, you’re an asshole!

This is just a reminder (in case anyone is reading this; and we get more traffic than I thought, so maybe someone will) that we’re playing with our friends in Deep Space Pilots, Bongripper and Trifog (who is releasing their cd that night) on Saturday the 22nd.
